CCGG Quoted in Article on use of Board Discretion to Determine Executive Compensation Outcomes

In this article from The Globe and Mail, CCGG’s Executive Director, Catherine McCall, was interviewed and noted that most boards opted to exercise discretion when considering appropriate compensation outcomes for CEOs and other C-suite executives while taking into account the extraordinary impacts of COVID-19 on their respective businesses (both positive and negative).  In CCGG’s view, most investors accepted such exercises of discretion provided that they were both reasonable and transparently disclosed.
