Engagement Program
Since 2009, CCGG has been engaging directly with the boards of public companies in Canada on governance matters that are of interest to our Members. Our board engagement meetings provide a private forum for dialogue and exchange of views between independent directors and institutional investors.
Annual Engagement Report
The Report, among other things, highlights topics discussed and recommendations made during our 2021 engagement season. The Report also provides an assessment of the ongoing impact of CCGG’s engagement program.
