In celebration of CCGG’s 20th Anniversary, on May 4th CCGG hosted an in-person panel and reception on: Stakeholder Capitalism in the Canadian Context. The event brought together a distinguished group of panelists for a nuanced discussion of the Canadian legal and governance implications of the shift toward embracing the concept of ‘stakeholder capitalism’.
The panel was moderated by CCGG’s CEO Catherine McCall and panelists included Bertrand Millot, Head of Sustainability, CDPQ, Barbara Stymiest, Corporate Director and lead author of the TMX/ICD report “Charting the Future of Canadian Governance” and Robert Yalden, Queens Faculty of Law.
